OK, this hdd is used on the dvr or other similar devices. It's encrypted or locked for to use in pc. I need unlock. :thumbup:

successfully unlocked all three brands
seagate, wd and hitachi.

hi,

i have the same problem with a hcc545050a7e380 hitachi hard drive : is impossibile to unlock and also the tecnical support was unable to help me with a solution different to replace the nv-ram chip
