Samsung HM100UI = No spin

Hi,

can anyone please guide me to diagnose the pcb on this samsung drive.
since samsung drives have more tendency on TVS doides problem, is there a chance of the same with this drive ?

there is no terminal output, drive is dead

If there is no output, probably PCB is bad.

PCImage asked about terminal because he suspects (as I do) that problem is with FIPS checksum in ROM. But for this, there us output even with no spinning.
