PC3000 power board components

[PAKcomputers]

I have a PC3000 power board (PC3kPWR2) that has a burnt component
it is on the 12v circuit for CH1and is labeled F3
there are 3 other components that are the same on the board with markings "208F"
they are square, chip mount SMD's with gold ends and markings
I beleive it is either a fuse or a fused resistor.

can anyone tell me what this component is ?
