Change the pcb board of Seagate Barracuda 7200.7

I had problem with my pcb and i change it ...with a donor one.

The drive is seagate Barracuda 7200.7 120GB , firware 3.42 and want to data extractor.
when i am trying to run the utility from PC-3000 it says
"Cannot identify the HDD family!"

what do to do?

you should find the model manually from the seagate models that shown when you enter the utility.

I find the exactly model, but when iam selecting the Starting LDR ....show me the above MESSAGE BOX

"Terminal : reply timeout error"

This happened after guidance of Filipp engineer , which he told me to
put back the patient PCB ... (but i have a donor pcb if we need it)

what i have to do know?

Nope, i didnt change the heads, because i dont have an Clean box or a Clean room.

do you know where to buy one?

If PCB is bad, why would you want to change heads?

Why you want to start loader? If PCB was bad, and you swap it out and problem is not solved, how can you be sure it was pcb? does original PCB power the drive, if it does what output does it have at terminal?

(THE ORIGINAL PCB DOES NOT POWER THER DRIVE!!!!)

i bilieve that PCB is bad because it doesnt start working...
But when i plugged another (Donor PCB) the HDD have power and moving..

what are you suggest?
