I got a SA issue with one WD 2.5 inch drive and need to load the loader ,any one have a compatible loader and send me?

I dont think loader will not help with this model. What are its symptoms? Can you reach SA if you block SA regions? Can you reach SA by hardware checking?

Hi Dear AJ2008,
Thank you for your kind advice, the WD drive can reach the ready status.and it can read ID correctly,But cannot get in the WD utility to check the Modules in SA.it just keep busy status forever.blocking the SA region still cannot access the SA.so.we need a compatible loader to help us to access modules.Please send us a loader if you have. and I will give you feedback if the problem can be solved or no after loading.

Increase the timout limit much higher, then be patient. Eventually utility will load (may take some hours in some cases!) then when utility is loaded, select 'Solve Slow Responding Problem" and it will be solved.
