MK5059GSXP unlock problem

Hello.

i have locked MK5059GSXP.

i tried 'reset passwords' in 'work with service area'.

it works like below image.

but after power on again, it's not unlocked.

HDD id information's security section is below image.

how can i unlock this drive?

i checked reading cp, all cp are ok.

After remove pw did you try close and re-enter utility without power off? Does it still show pw is set?
