WD2500AAJB-00J3A0 Problem with donor pcb

I have problems with this disk in the program the "pcb donor" with the original rom and disk modules.
I can get all the details of the SA, I can read perfectly recreate the forms and the rom from them.
When I program the rom ok, I reset the disk and does not give me no problem, but when I copy the forms created with the creation of the ROM disk after I reset the remains of BSY.
Only by reprogramming the ROM can work on it.
Has anyone had the same problem? Do you have any solution?

try to clear smart and run solve "slow responding" problem and clear G-list

I tried your solution, but I have not gotten any results.
The PCB is not aligned in any way.
I can remove the modules and recreate the rom, but after reprogramming the PCB I can not work and above the disk is not aligned with remaining on BSY. Launching solv slow problem me error on form 32
