Hitachi error after update

Hi everybody,

I don't know if it depends on the new update of PC3K but with different hitachi models I get this error.

It happens with HTS541616J9SA00 (as you can see in the pic)

and with HTS543232L9A300 and also with HTS545050B9A300

All the drives tested are working good, they are well recognized but utility doesn't access SA and I cannot neither save resources nor build heads map.

Does it happen to someone else?

How can I manage this?

Hello,

I've reinstalled the update and know the utility works well.

By the way I noticed that in wd utility in family HAWK2 there's no Rom recovery tool.
Is it true or it is something wrong with my installation again?
