I have a Seagate ST3500418AS with CC34 FW. Drive PCB and ROM is totally damaged, So how can we extract the data from the patient drive as ROM is damaged....

This drive belongs to Barracuda 7200.12 family. Unfortunately, ROM has unique data and there are no known methods to restore it.
You may try to unsolder ROM chip and read it with a programmer device, then write to another ROM chip and install to logic board.
