Just updated PC3K and the "scan drive for defects" function (e.g. logical scan) does not work in either the specialized or universal utility for ANY drive.
After trying express scan with the Universal utility, I get this message: An outgoing call cannot be made since the application is dispatching an input-synchronous call."
What can I do to regain functionality?
Error scanning doesn't work after update
