HD300LJ Problem

hi guru

I have a hdd from trident family as follow :

HD300LJ / 300GB SATA / 7200 RPM / 8M

when i connect it to my PC3000 it remains BUSY , after i press SOFT RESET , it goes to ready and
everything will DETECT correctly -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
after utility starts i have this dialoge in my monitor :

now i have 2 questions :

1st) how can i repair this hdd and recover the DATA from it ?

2nd) if anybody has any files for this family ( Modules, firmware, burns ...) i will apperciate HIM/HER if HE/she
send me those files

finally i could repair and recover this SAMSUNG Hdd
Very thanks to my master MR. REZA AMIR
and also very thanks to myself for my effort to find the soloution .

if you have such a problem just repair the following modules

1) config
2) pwrtime
3)spintime

and if any body needs these files for tis model and family
