Hi,

This drive has "Unable To Load Ovl 01..." problem.
I didn't managed to start it with a loader as when I put it in safe mode, leds are switched off. In fact it seems that safe mode is activated as I can read via terminal but Utility produce an error when passing in safe mode.

I've read 7200.9 3.AAE had head problems so I try to change head but nothing change.

Is there a tip for this case ?

When I want to read ROM, Utility tries to iniitialize safe mode, and almost all leds are reds... So I have error that ROM couldn't be read...

I have the same problem with a working drive... Why ?

Could ou post the full terminal Log?.. i have a similar problem but some times works whit some commands.

There is alternate data access method that can be made in such case were T> is possible. But access is very slow
