help with f1_d3 hdd

i have a samsung hd103uj which burn't the pcb, i have change the pcb from exact identical donor but the hdd is in bsy mode and i cannot work with it! did anyone has found a similar problem or can undestood what is going wrong?

I think ROM are not compatible. I do not have one of these to confirm, but havent these got embedded ROM in processor?

I think hotswap may be possible to get SA access, and here you can access SA module required for data access from hot-swap?

Do you have Terminal report of pateint disk with donor PCB?

i had try hot swap but didn't work. please tell me the procedure for hot swap to check if i did it correct!
also i don't have terminal report, does this family has the ability to connect terminal and how? which adapter?
