WD740ADFS-00NLR1 KERNEL MODE DONT WORK

Hi,

i put the 3 jumpers in the drive WD740ADFS-00NLR1 and try to load in kernel mode but i have always a error.

Do the same with other family off WD disk and the kernel mode works.

What happen for this drive the kernel mode dont work, is the jumpers different that the other sata disk?

Kernel mode on these odyssey drives, aswell as Hercules have very wierd Kernel. I do not think is possible to read ROM via Kernel. ROM programmer is required.

I think the problem you have is head related.
