How to connect : Hitachi HTC426030G5CE00 ( 1.8", ZIF )

Hi. I have a Hitachi HTC426030G5CE00 drive.
This model exists in list of supported HDD models.

But the adaptor used for the connection was not attached to the PC-3000 kit.
Please teach the method for the connection.

Steven's answer is 99% correct, google is great for searching adapters, but there is a little detail:
I think it would be easier to connect if you find and adapter with a male connector instead of a female as the one from his answer's link
