Hitachi AAVA NV-Ram rebuild

Hi,

i have this disk that the PCB had a NV-ram corrupeted.

So i found i donor PCB with the same two lines and change it.

Now i can not get ID off the disk.
And i can make a SA Structure Test.

I try also a nv-ram adjustement, it work reading the nv-ram from the sa but when i save the NV-ram from adjustemtn i can not get the ID off the disk...

So what i am doing wrong where ?

You may be doing everything OK, but possibly there could be some SA damage. Do any modules have any apparent damage? Also, after NVRAM adjustment can sector edit be launched?

I don't think your problem is related with NV-RAM, but with some open modules damaged.

By the way, when you replace PCB, have you replaced NV-RAM as well to the new PCB ?

The problem is the NV-ram,

This is the original PCB that i have used in other disk and saved the nv-ram to this PCB.

I don't need the data just to understand how it works the nv-ram adjustment.

or try to save the nv-ram from the modules.
