I have a HITACHI disc HTS548060M9AT00.

PC3000 UDMA, does not recognize it.
NV-RAM without access.
Head does not recognize them, do not exist.

In order to swap the HEAD, what donor I must have.

For hitachi i try to match partnumber and MLC.
However, there are some different head-configurations possible.
Watch out for that or take a disk with a bigger capacity (= more heads) as a donor.

From what I've seen until now Hitachi is very tolerant to head swap.
But to be sure I just match MLC.
