Problem with Update

Hello All,

I have downloaded the new update but when i run it i get the error message

Could not initialize installation. File size expected=22859557, size returned=22916692

Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi

Yes this is true. I downloaded the file and tried to install it and got the same error code as you did. I just finished download the file again and installing it and now it is working. I downloaded my activation code too and tried to use it with the update and this is not working. You are going to need your key code all over again and then you will have to activate your card all over again. I was instructed to install it on top of my old program and that is what I did and now I am waiting to try and activate my card again. Good luck but download the program again and you should be able to install it. I was able to

I never use update, i use fresh setup file, works fine.
