I got a lot of case with this problem
some patient drive come to me with busy and terminal report as Unable to load overlay....
and some after change head send this terminal report......
is it possible to recover data from such drive using DE UDMA....
maybe somebody from ACE can give a glue

If you still get that after head swap, either you have some platter problem over SA, or you can try to load the overlay as well.

can i use any overlay module from other drive that still in same family.
I have try to load overlay in DE. but drive still keep busy,..
maybe the overlay module was not compatible. I'm lack of resources for seagate,.....
