I have a Samsung HD322HJ, "Trinity_D".
The HD sounds normaly and spinup to ready status. but i can't read any sector.

Witch util i can check the SA?

Have you tried all available for Samsung with UDMA?
Maybe the commands are the same even this is a new family.

What can i do, to solve the problem?

Well, you have 2 options.
1st. Ask Ace when they will add that drive family.
2nd. Buy some compatible parts and try both PCB and heads to be sure that's not the problem.

I have done both. Answer from ACE i'm waiting.

The Donor Drive i ordered have the same firmware, but date is 2009.01. the patient drive is 2008.12when i start the donor with pcp from patient, it dont becomes ready....
So i think the PCB is not compatible.

In this moment i have start the universal utility. This say's me:
ATTENTION! Security-locked HDD.
Set Max LBA............................. : No restriction
S.M.A.R.T............................... : Ok
Write cache............................. : enabled

Now i have to unlock it, but how....
