i think is something with the voltage that the motor can not spin.
can anyone tell-me wich component have the problem off motor spin.

Hi Pepe, the heads are not stuck in the platte, they are in the park zone.

When i give power to the disk it dont spin.

I think it could be PCB problem, but at the moment dont have any for change and see iff the motor spin.

Do you have any similar donors you can use to compare the readings of the motor? You can verifiy if motor is at fault as oppsoed to PCB. If motor is damaged you should be able to transfer native PCB, heads and platters to a chassis and this will also maintain compatibility, and you may not need a new part.

Dear ZeBong,

As it said in manual "LED 16" - Spin-up error. So there is a possibility of burnt down spindle motor or damaged PCB. Also there could be a small chance of burnt Heads. So at first you need to check coil of spindle motor then PCB Swap if it also won't help you should open HDA and have a look at Heads.
