Hitachi Travelstar HTS541040G9AT00
I have this 40GB Hitachi Travel Star. When i start my pc3000, it is going to ready state mode but it cannot read the HDD ID I try to select the correct HDD ID but still same problem. I try to replace the hdd pcb. Anyone can help me?? Thanks

what if the problem will be in pre-amplifier?? how can i repair it?? do i need to change any thing?? thanks
