What is needed to recieve the update ?

Hi Ace,

I've looked in my update box, but the update is not there?
What is required to get it ? Is my UDMA version to old to get it for free and do i have to pay for it or have you just forgotten to put it there ?
My registrationnumber is 002287

I have the same problem. My update box doesnt have the update.

Every user with Technical support service for UDMA recieves new version of PC-3000 UDMA.

One year of Technical support costs 900 euro per year.
