Diamond Max Plus 8 (N40P) SA test OK, cannot read LBA

Hello,
how can I restore LBA access to Diamond Max Plus 8 (6E040L0) drive? It calibrates OK (HDD ID reading takes longer time), SA structure test is OK (except following):
Checking [DISK/PW]
Error ..................................... Wrong Module Id "93"

But when I try to access the drive by LBA i get readiness timeout (only the DRD DSC DRQ are ON)

I regenerated the translator but nothing has changed.

try repair the module in security - open HD

The Wrong Module Id "93" error is normal for this drive type. It makes no problem.
There has to be something else why I cannot access the LBA.
Can someone Maxtor experienced user help?

Oh, I can access the LBA now. Don't know what was wrong.
