Burned chip

This SP2514N seems to have burned chip HA13627. The patient is totally dead but with a donor pcb it spins up. According to UDMA manual I should replace the chip. Is there some tricks how to do that?

No tricks, just use a hot air system and remove the one chip and insert the other.
Just take care not to burn other components.
