Translator Recovery Problem

I have one Seagate 1TB ST31000528AS, Firmware CC46, When i try to recover translator i got the following error,

"Fork" searching: 2116 - 1953525167
Verification error 48-bit (UNC)
Translation "fork" direction detection ambiguity!
Correct it manually!
LBA : 2164


I have manually added the above sectors in defects list, again i got the same problem

Even I also have the same problem with ST3250318AS with FW CC38....

So anyone may help how to access the data....

It can read buy active Utility, but it is very slow, Is anyboby have any suggestion for it?

Read through utility, it is slow but the best way where forks cant be found properley.

Next time, read V40 before clear translator, then re-import the V40 list to the slip list after translator regenerated.
