Seagate ST3160211AS sata problem

I have a seagate which came to me as dead. I have changed the PCB with same model but it gives this error in terminal

1024k x 16 SDRAM

Buzz - Head Mask FFFF - Switch to full int.

ERR Read App Code

What could be the problem. Need data

Dear Vikas,

Could you tell me what have happened with original PCB and what did you get at Terminal with it?
In case of PCB swap you have to rewrite/resolder ROM from original PCB to donor one.

Thanks for the reply. it got burned. I think It will be solved by replacing ROM from it. Still pending as customer is not in the city.
