Will this be available to everyone or just people on a support plan?

New chips will appear in new version of Flash. Only customers with TS would be able to download new version of PC-3000 Flash. Actually - as always from 2006 :)

My concern is that I don't need tech support, I need the software to support this micro SD card which is already pretty old.

How do I know it will support this microSD?
I don't want to pay for TS if it won't solve this case. We don't get that many flash jobs.

The only way to get new version - buy ACE Lab technical support service, which include software updates and personal help with case solution. It's not possible to buy one or another part of TS service separately.

Is there a list on the new microSD cards the update will support?

Update will not include a list of supported MicroSD cards, but it will contain a list of supported ID of NAND chips. All supported microSD pinouts are in our GSC web site. At the same time I want to remind that chip ID might be the same in TSOP or BGA package and also in Monolith package (SD or microSD card) :D
So, before making a decision about TS purchase when update will be ready, you can check our website and see - which chip IDs have been added in the support list.

Roman_TS, has there been an update that will now support this micro SD card? I don't know how to check.

The next PC-3000 Flash update should appear closer to October 2017.

Hi Roman,
I've updated to the new release and this ID still cannot be detected. I'll create a ticket.
