Samsung Spin point ST1000LM024 NO MOVEMENT

Dear
Seniors,

i have case Samsung spin point momentous ST1000LM024(2AR20003) drive was silent no movement only BSY i have tried replace same model donor PCB with replaced ROM then same no movement
after i have placed donor PCB with donor ROM spins good .
only original ROM not spins i have tried 2pcbs is it ROM damaged ?

Any solution...
