I have a hdd with many sectors show ($...m..mo.L.D..; )

have any solution for this issue ?

If there is a lot, change heads. If there is a small amount, you might be able to re-read those sectors.

i faced same , chang heads and it act the same . i'm sure it's not heads

Hello,

That might be head(s) issue - one or few head(s) can't pass internal heads test after power on or/and not compatible (if current heads are from the donor drive)
also (less possible) that could be an issue related to corrupted/damaged MCMT
