I have problems with DATA EXTRACTOR V5.7 "Execution of all processes is aborted!"

I have problems with DATA EXTRACTOR V 5.7.8
When I create the image. in the process of running a lot of times the process stops with the message.

Hardware reset
Software reset...
Hardware reset
10/11/2018 10:24:44 PM - Execution of all processes is aborted!
****************** Scan process ***********************************************
start time 10/11/2018 10:24:19 PM
finish time 10/11/2018 10:24:44 PM
-------------------------------------------------

I ran again and it worked but after a while it stopped.
In the old version of DATA EXTRACTOR I did not this error.
Does anyone have faults like me. And any solution to this problem ????

Did you submit a support request with ACE to have them help troubleshoot?

This is normal, if after Hardware Reset your drive didn't come ready.

it ready after Hardreset.

Unless timeout settings in DE are shorter than time it takes to show ready

i never saw error in old version DE. time set is same old version

I would recommend you to install the latest version of PC-3000 and repeat these steps on a new version.
