Cannot unlock Bitlocker drive with Recovery Key

I have a strange case. I have an SSD drive that comes with bitlocker an i do have the Recovery Key. However i am unable to decrypt the Drive cause PC3K keeps saying it is invalid Password
however I tried mapping the drive and opening it in R-Studio the key fits perfectly and unlock like normal

Don't know what happened to PC3K decryption?

Following.

Had the same issue myself several times this week alone. PC3K saying invalid keys and password, but triple checked and is 100% the right keys and passwords. I did not have R-studio to try tho.

I have same problem with palmer drive .It shows bitlocker but has clear key .Like ufs strait away open drive but drive has bad sectors so i want to image it but de ask for keys .strange .

Anyone else having this issue?

Just had another job, exact same issue, DE reporting key is invalid when it 100% is correct. Doesn't seem to matter what model of drive as I've had it with mechanicals and SSDs.

So turns out there is an issue and Acelabs are aware. I've been told there is a temporary fix, but without a support contract Acelabs wont help me. Hopefully this will help people going forward.

You need to contact TS and open a ticket. But if you have no active TS contract they will not provide the fix.
