Maxio MAS1102B-B1C

Postby p4xel » 22.07.26, 17:01

I am trying to upload a loader for this Chipset.
I selected a NAND B47R51229 (according to Flash.ini)
and when clicking [Next] to "Launching in Sage mode i just get an error at the bottom:

The service firmware uploading error: Cannot open file "D:\Resources\MaxioSSD\GDP\MAS1102\NAND\B47r_001_33.raw. The system cannot find the file specified

I checked that location and the file is not there. Is this a bug or am I missing the actual file that should be there?

Can anyone check if that file exists in your resources?

Thanks.

Hello,

Seems that you tried to change some parameters manually, which isn't good. best clk should be 200.

But I recommend you to use Apacer profile for MAS1102 and B47R.
With best regards

I tried Apacer and manually select B47R

I set up Channel/CE map to 1 everywhere and started loader, and got this:

Code: Select all

Drive power supply...................... : OFF
Drive power supply...................... : ON
Utility mode............................ : Extended
SSD mode................................ : GDP
Tech-key................................ : Ok
Unknown NAND flash chips

Chip Id shows:

Code: Select all

Read ID
   Channel 0:
      CE 0.................................... : 2CD30832E8300000 (not in the memory chip database)
      CE 4.................................... : 2CD30832E8300000 (not in the memory chip database)
   Channel 1:
      CE 0.................................... : 2CD30832E8300000 (not in the memory chip database)
      CE 4.................................... : 2CD30832E8300000 (not in the memory chip database)
Test completed

According to ONFI it should be Micron’s B47R 176-Layer 3D TLC NAND
It seems to have similar geometry to these:
Name038=B47R06428 MT29F512G08EBLEE 0 2 1 2224 2112 16 1 2 0x2C 0xC3 0x08 0x32 0xEA 0x30 0 0 0 10 4 1500 001 1 11010 1968
Name039=B47R51229 MT29F4T08EULEE 0 2 1 4448 2112 16 2 2 0x2C 0xD3 0x89 0x32 0xEA 0x30 0 4096 0 10 4 1500 001 1 11010 1968

Is there a way to add it from spec sheet? Or is it added in new utility already?
