Hello everyone in the distinguished ACE Lab community,
This is my first post, and I'm thrilled to join this professional community. My name is Ahmed Saleh, a data recovery and HDD repair specialist with 9 years of experience, primarily using MRTlab. I'm proficient in Western Digital, Seagate, and Toshiba software, and have a strong record in head swap operations.
I recently acquired a PC-3000 Portable Pro SSD, but I'm struggling with its software environment. Despite my MRTlab expertise, PC-3000's different terminology and interface are challenging; I even had trouble stopping a basic recovery task.
While many technical terms are familiar, I need a more efficient learning path than trial and error. I'm seeking **recent video tutorials (post-2020)** to help me quickly master PC-3000 software, specifically for:
* Western Digital HDDs (especially SMR drives).
* Effective use of the Data Extractor tool.
* Initiating recovery tasks and setting parameters.
Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
