case solved

case arrived open with wrong heads installed ruined by some "improvised-data-recovery-shop" using some poor heads separator that damaged in the same manner the same head in the same point , both the original heads and the wrong donor heads we received installed in the drive.

what is worse for the customer (under the costs aspect) is that ... probably the original heads were good and it was just matter of usual WD restoring processes ...

for you to know, easy to guess, since SpyGlass2 Ultra and SpyGlass3 do share the same SATA board, if you don't have the latest PC-3000 , it will work using SpyGlass2 Ultra utility
