ST500LM030 heads breaks when i power on

i'm struggling with this ST500LM030. the pcb was damaged by liquid, so i swapped the rom chip and replaced the PCB of compatible donor.
i powered the hdd on pc-3000 and heads broken apart!
i thought was my mistake so i replaced again with compatible heads but again and again breaks apart! 3 times 3 donor heads!
im starting to believe this model will destroy the heads any time i replace them.

any suggestion?

If you mean the sliders and/or suspension are being damaged then you should look at the ramp under a microscope. A cracked ramp is not uncommon and will destroy new heads. Another thing to check is the original head assembly, are there any missing sliders? If so, you might have a slider or sliders stuck to the platter, which will also break heads.

i mean any time i power on the HDD on pc-3000 heads will breaks. i lready replaced the heads 3 times.
