TOSHIBA MQ04UBD200 in sector edit same LBA different information

Hi,

Please I need to understand what is happening because I cannot find information to explain what I am looking.

1. I received a drive Toshiba MQ04UBD200 (USB) clicking
2. Change heads with a donnor.
3. Change PCB with a compatible one G4311A and I program the chip with a ROM programmer.
4. Drive was not clicking and PC3000 detected and read fast.
5. Made a HDD Resources Backup.
6. With Sector edit I could read the LBA 600.000 (Image 1): (https://drive.google.com/file/d/16QvtmC ... sp=sharing)
7. I could see the structure folder.
8. Turn off drive.

PROBLEM:
9. I disconnected the drive and after a while I connected again and now I cannot see the folder structure
10. Change heads again with a brand new donnor (though was heads damaged), but same behaivor, cannot see the folder structure.

PLEASE Help me to understand this :

Why the information I read with the same sector edit is different?

Are you reading sectors normally or using utility read option?

I know its a PITA when some one mentions the obvious but I am going to anyway.
After a head swap, once you get a drive live never switch it off if you have a choice, you may never get it live again.
You are not alone, we have all done it at one time.

Yes both times, after turn on and detected by pc3000 the Toshiba got AMN error, so read with utility in sector edit. Same procedure.

Maybe do you know why the information is different? (same drive, same procedure, same LBA), I cannot understand what I am not looking
