I was able to solve this problem. I backed up the modules. I did the translator regenerator via terminal. I recorded sys 28 back and solved the problem.

People, how about differentiating between MediaCache and MC Table? MC is a part of user area (huge in size --approx 60-80GB of most recent data). MCTable is like a huge Grown defect list (for better understanding). When you execute translator regeneration - HDD ERASES MC area and clears Table. Yes, after that procedure UA is usually accessible. But what will you say to your customer when 90% of MFT records were located in MediaCache and you personally killed it...

Indeed!!!
The common issue on Rosewood family deals with MC Table (MCMT) but users usually reset the whole MC (not MC table only).
