Hi Guys,
got a ST4000DM001 FK17N-568 with firmware corruption as it seems.
But diagnostic port is locked, does someone knows which family it is and if PC3K offers unlock solution for this drive?
Thanks

Re: ST4000DM001 Locked diagnostics port
This is Lombard series and PC3K can open this to allow SA access.
If you still need something with this I'm at skype tomorrow and can help you there (I am not online today, I have so much to get through today!)

Re: ST4000DM001 Locked diagnostics port
hi guys, yes, it was locked, but it can be unlocked with the standard F3 unlocked preparation in ROM, so it worked, and clear the reloc flags, regen translator and all was good - recovery was successful.
