WD20EARX-00PASB0 / Redynes Timeout (10000)

Would you please give me a piece of advice about a WD20EARX 00PASB0.
The drive seems to work well, it pass the BSY state and there is no strange sound, but when I try to open the WD utility, it doesn't recognise the Drive's ID (both normal and kernel mode)
