ST9500325AS. Spins down. LED CC error

Hello,
I have HDD ST9500325AS which spins down showing LED CC error in terminal.
On short circuiting the points, it reads all the modules and sys files but hangs on SMART clear.
I stopped the process inbetween and restarted the utility without power off/on and could save all the modules and sys files.
The HDD is identified without size.
cannot clear smart.
