I have this drive 1 TB heads were week ,, i changed the heads but drive do not spin with its own pcb but spin ok with donor pcb but stay bsy ... so its looks like error of PRE-AMP mismatch

It is error of incompatible preamp. You can easily identify this by placing patient PCB on donor HDA / or donor PCB on patient HDA and if it does not spin and displays the same error then it is a bad donor.

Thnaks AJ .. i know that but donor is very closly match except the DOB is 5 month aprt .. may be that is teh issue i try that if i find that

PA VID=0006 PN=000D Rev=0001 Invalid Preamp

means incompatible heads. Check first terminal strings at donor and patient, they must be same.

LED 2A01

also means problem with preamplifier ("Preamp is out of order" according manufacturer). Probably you need a donor heads.
To be 100% sure that it's hardware malfunction you can try to get access to service area by burn if it's available for this model or try hotswap.
