Hello Sepid,

As far as I understood, you have soldered SATA adapter to patient PCB.
You need to use as short wires as it possible, in most cases it is critical.

What happening when you start the drive in SATA mode?

when i hot-swap the hdd to sata, the disk detected and give ID full OK.
all of madules read correctly.
I do complex test and there is a lot Bad-Sectors in end of disk, (from 900000000 to end is Bad-Sector).
hdd not shown in Disk managment in Windows 7 when to conect usb.

Hello Sepid,

First of all, you need to check heads in SATA mode, if they are good and able to write.
Then you need to check if Relo-List is really clean.

If the drive is not recognized in Windows via USB, the problem could be in PCB.
In this case you need to solder SATA adapter, and clone the drive via SATA.

Hello Sepid,

You can choose any drive with the same or more capacity.

If cloning to higher capacity you must cut LBA to same as patient as the key should be a certain distance from the end LBA

Did you read in reverse at all? Even 1% in reverse will be fine, this is more than enough to ensure key is read

Key can be found in module 25 or 38

What is the encryption controller?

Look in 242nd sector of module 38, you will see here 512 bytes of data that contains the key. This entire 512 bytes should be written to sector 976770435 of your image
