HTS545050A7E380 only Access LBA 10000000

I have a hitachi 2.5 disk HTS545050A7E380. I have only access to lba 10000000 and then I have no access.
you can help me solve this problema?

To initialize the translator in RAM,
follow Tests->Service information->Work with service area->HDD translator initialization in RAM.
