Hi
a hard drive is Western usb3 1tb element
  It is placed on the user's password
When you enter your password does not work at windows
Toshiba HDD connected to the terminal and I did slove Slow...
I have a SATA drive or any information received at the DE does not
Who is head to head test did,heads is ok
i channge pcb
Please help

Maybe HDD has some errors, you should clone it to a good drive before trying to decrypt with user password
