Hi Guys,
I have got a Toshiba 750GB MK7559GSXF, HDD2J60 from a client today.
I suspect FW Corruption but that is the first time i see this issue so not really sure how to tackle it.
AS initial step i connected it to the DDI noise sounds good no grinding at all works smooth, it identified initially with right details and when i tried to image it on the DDI it freezes and since then i applied restarts and it comes ready but id would not show at all.
It doesn't sound like physical damage and most likely FW issue like corrupted G-LIST or ID module.
I tried to connect it to the PC3K Toshiba utility but id doesn't show and it can't read id or G-LIST, see picture below:

Anyone knows what to do in this case and how to connect with terminal to it?
Please advise,
Thanks

I managed to rest smart and g-list and get access to some files but it looks like the G-LIST starts to grow again and the same problem occur again and again.
Drive is identified properly and get ready.
Does someone know how to disable allocation of bad sectors to G-LIST?
