how to creat family in database

hi all
the new devices in wd which already support in utility like Hubble LT 2.5 .when i want to take resources to DB . it go to family Hubble not to Hubble Lt . how to make new family in db with the real family name . create only folder in db is not working
any help will be appreciated

Hello Waleed,

Hubble LT is not present in WD utilities yet. You have started Hubble utility, that's why resources were added in Hubble folder. We have to wait till Hubble LT will be added in utility list.

actually Hubble LT is present in WD utility in last update.so i wondered if it is exist in utility , why it's not in database
