Four heads, is one bad (0-good, 1-good, 2-good, 3-BAD)

How do I get the most files without changing the heads?

Does HDD calibrate and show ID but H3 is inaccessible, or does spindle stop and no ID is possible?

In both situations there is possibility for access to surfaces 0,1,2 but further info on the symptoms will help

it is easy . in DE . building map menu and then disable head 3
