Hello,
I have an Intel Optane H10 512GB HDD + 32GB Optane Memory. A client messed around with the drive trying to recover the OS and corrupted the Optane config but of course, needs their data. We have the original laptop and can see the 512GB partition when selecting RAID/RST Mode (in BIOS only). Then there is a quick error: Abnormal status reported by RST UEFI Driver. However, when we boot or even try to see through a windows installation with the driver, we only see a 13.2GB partition. I was able to install another H10 drive and in disk management showed the same partition with the correct driver for the patient drive.
When we switch the boot mode to SATA, it shows a 2TB partition in disk managment (partition is protected/encrypted) but when you plug it into PC-3000, it shows the 512GB partition with Drive Info (see attached). We run scans and can see some of the data in the EFI partition which looks to be the cache as it shows default users but no "real" user with data. Also I can scan the dell recovery partition as part of it. I did try running a scan with r-studio and it comes back showing a Bitlocked partition AFTER we scan but cannot unlock it. I do have the bitlocker key.
It looks like the Optane config is corrupted as the partition shows one thing in SATA mode and another in RAID RST Mode. On top of that, this is Bitlocked. Is there a way to see if I can unlock the drive? I am not sure what else to try/do. Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you

What exactly did he do?
Yes these are doable. We have had success with these so far when we can see the just the NAND portion like in your case.
There is a process and requires specific hardware.

We have fully recovered several with your symptoms if you "can see the 512GB partition".
