HST721025CLA382 not spint up. Problem With NV-RAM ??

i have Hiatchi HST721025CLA382 not sprin up. When i swap NV-RAM to Good PCB. New PCB not spinup too.
But In oginal PCB i can Read and Edit NV-RAM.
When I write Oginal NV-RAM to Good PCB. it spinup But not read ID.

What happen?

Do you try non-native NVRAM to check that your HDD can power? did you try patient NVRAM on a donor drive?

try othe nvram to oginal PCB - it spin up.

but change NVRam to other PCB - it stop.

Possibly the ROM ver does not match NVRAM version.

Did you match first two lines of numbers on sticker of PCB for replacing PCB?
